    Excellent service from the hotel staff.

    The cleaning was lacking. I couldn't believe they just tidied up the bed and reused the same towels each day. It felt more like a joke than actual housekeeping.

    It was just a smart choice for a momentary visit in Tbilisi with reasonable value. The staff was nice enough, but they forgot to give my passport back, a bit frustrating. Make sure to keep an eye on your belongings and double-check before leaving the front desk.

    Great location near historical sites and vibrant cafes. My Superior Room had comfy furnishings, a nice balcony, free toiletries, and a coffee machine.
